Having done the Advanced HACCP Course (FS202) before the PRP/GMP Course (FS201) it was my experience that Advanced HACCP would have been easier understood and assimilated if I did the PRP/GMP course first. It would be my recommendation that, regardless of the person's level of food safety training or experience, the PRP/GMP course be a pre-requisite to undertaking the Advanced HACCP course.
